Our packages are designed from our extensive experience with the typical time needed to handle accounting tasks across a broad range of companies and industries.

We only use a month-to-month contract. Why? We want to earn your business every month. We don't believe in exit or break-up fees. Our engagements require a 60-day notice for cancellation, but you can cancel at any time.

We review where your business is today, by completing our New Client Questionnaire with you. Following our review, we’ll create a roadmap outlining specific milestones that we need to achieve together. You’ll work with a CFO Partner and our expert onboarding team during the first few weeks to ensure that your transition is smooth. You'll have access to our Project Management software, giving you transparent access to the entire process.

Our headquarters is located in Provo, Utah. Our use of electronic work & communication tools gives us the unique ability to work from anywhere.

Our services are primarily electronic. We communicate with our clients via email, phone, messaging, or Google Meet (video conferencing & screen sharing). When needed, our Partners and Controllers also have the ability to work onsite with clients.

As former bankers & wealth advisors governed by FDIC, SEC, and FINRA, we take personal & business information seriously. Access to client information is limited to only authorized users. Authorized users consist of ProvenCFO employees, and users specified by you, the client. Our systems are secured using a combination of Apple Business Manager, Google Enterprise Workspace, Kandji, and Okta. In addition, at an individual password management level, we utilize 1Password Business SSO Password Manager.
